Nedim Music

Managing Partner and co-founder

Nedim Music is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Olympia Capital Partners. He is an Investment Banker with 15 years of professional experience in New York, London and the Netherlands. Before joining OCP, Nedim was a Managing Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC in New York where he set up and led the cross-border capital advisory team. Prior to this, he was part of Deloitte’s London and Amsterdam investment banking teams. Nedim is an expert in M&A and raising capital. He has advised on capital raises and M&A transactions across Europe, Americas, Asia, and Africa in excess of $10 billion, and is in regular dialogue with more than 300 financing sources across the globe.

Nedim graduated from RSM Erasmus University (Rotterdam) with a Bachelor and a Master degree in Business Administration, and earned his Post-Master in accounting from ESAA (Rotterdam). Before graduating, Nedim was the co-owner of a small business, had various part time jobs and completed an internship with EY. Nedim served on the work council of Deloitte, and held various board positions in non-profit organizations, including serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Washington DC based Advisory Council for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Almir Jazvin

Managing Partner and co-founder

Almir Jazvin is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Olympia Capital Partners. He is an operating executive and ex-investment banker with 20 years of professional experience in SEE. Before joining OCP, he led the Southeastern Europe operations of Prevent Group and was responsible for group finances and M&A. He held CFO, CEO and Supervisory Board positions throughout his tenure and directly managed an expansion from 2,500 staff to 7,000 staff in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Almir is the leading regional expert in M&A, finance and operations management, and has executed over 15 M&A deals in the region. Almir has a reputation for delivering turn-arounds and operational improvements in complex situations. He has extensive experience with debt and equity financing, contract manufacturing, value chain management, grants and industrial management.

Almir graduated from La Roche College (Pittsburg) with a Bachelor degree in International Business and earned his master in Banking and Finance from Cass Business School (London). He has been an investor in several real estate and food industry investments in Southeast Europe. Almir is a frequent speaker and contributor in the media and business community in the region.

Jonathan Lewis

Partner and CIO

Jonathan Lewis is a Partner and the Chief Investment Officer at OCP. He was previously a Board Director at the Clermont Group, a multi-billion dollar private investment fund, based in Singapore and Dubai; where he held numerous roles, including Director of Listed Investments, Managing Director of Private Investments, and finally Group Chief Financial Officer.

He led the investments into, and sat on the Board of, all of Clermont Group’s financial services, financial technology, and early-stage investments; including SBFC Finance (India), Indie Home Loans (India), Movi Credit (Vietnam), BVIM Asset Management (Vietnam), MagniX (USA) and Eviation (Israel). He also held Board seats across the Group’s global portfolio, including Hoan My Medical (Vietnam), The Medical City (Philippines) and Orion Energy (Ecuador).

He started his career in London where he worked in the Corporate Finance Advisory teams at Deloitte LLP and PwC LLP, advising on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. He has extensive experience in leading all aspects of corporate deals, including negotiations, structuring, due diligence, completion mechanics and active portfolio management.

Jonathan also sits as a Governor of Queen Elizabeth Grammar School and serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee for its endowment fund. He holds a BA, MA and MBA from Manchester Business School, and is an FCA Chartered Accountant.

Peter Lizza

Senior Vice President

Peter Lizza is a Senior Vice President of Olympia Capital Partners and is based out of New York. He has over 5 years of investment banking experience, as well as 3 years of operating and investing experience at early stage companies. Before joining OCP, Peter served as a Director of Strategy and Operations at an online travel company. He was responsible for refining the company’s go-to-market and growth strategies. He also served as a Vice President at GrowthCap where he both advised technology companies looking to raise capital and explored direct investments as part of a consortium of large family offices. Peter began his career as an investment banker at Deloitte Corporate Finance in Charlotte and New York where he worked on over 10 successful transactions representing more than $1.2bn in aggregate value. At Deloitte Corporate Finance, Peter also assisted in building out the firm’s cross-border capital advisory function and led the firm’s analyst recruiting efforts.

Peter graduated from the University of Virginia, earning a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management. He is actively involved in several volunteer organizations in the New York City area.
